These terms cover your use of BuyonDiscount. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What this app is
BuyonDiscount is a price comparison tool for the United Arab Emirates. We help you find and compare prices across different retailers using Google Shopping search results. We are not a retailer, we don't sell products ourselves, and we never take payment from you inside the app. Every purchase happens entirely on the seller's own website.
Accuracy of information
Prices, discounts, stock, and offers shown in the app come from third party sources and can change at any time. We do our best to show accurate information, but we can't guarantee it will always match exactly what you see on the seller's own page. Always confirm the price and availability there before completing a purchase.
Accounts
To use features like watchlists and alerts, you'll need to create an account with an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens through your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
Please use the app the way it's meant to be used. Don't try to interfere with how it works, scrape or resell our data, impersonate someone else, or use the app for anything illegal.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links in this app are affiliate links. If you buy something after tapping one, we may earn a commission from the retailer. This doesn't cost you anything extra, and it never affects which deals we show you or how we rank them. Deals are ranked by price and discount, never by how much commission we'd earn.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We don't guarantee that prices, discounts, or product information will always be accurate, complete, or available, or that the app will always work without interruption or error.
Limitation of liability
We aren't responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including issues with a purchase you make on a third party seller's website, since that transaction is entirely between you and that seller.
Ending your access
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or misuse the app. You can also stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make an important change, we'll let you know inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
